Programme, Course and Rules of the Competition

Friday, 3 of September
11:00 – 12:00 examination of the route (by feet)
12:00 – 18:00 trainings

Saturday, 4.09
9:30 – 11:00 application for the competition (confirmation of the appearance)
10:00 – 12:30 official trainings
13:00 start of the competition. 1st ride
15:00 2nd ride (times can change depending upon the number of participants)
17:00 rewarding ceremony for the winners of the competition (times can change depending on the number of participants)

For all participants it is MANDATORY to use fullface helmets, recommended the use of elbow-, knee- and back-protectors. If not than long sleeved shirts and long pants. No uncovered body parts. If this is not followed you will not be allowed on the track!!!

Participants are grouped as follows – Women,Hobby, Juniors, Sport.
Before the start the participant has to sign for having made oneself familiar with the safety rules in the route, and then the participant can receive his number. The participant does the competition in two rides, each ride is held in different route. The results of the two rides are summed up and winns the participant with the best time.
In case the participant has left the route, his task is to get back to the place where he left the route and to continue the ride, otherwise the participant is disqualified.
It is forbidden for the participants to ride in the route when it is closed (between the end of the trainings and the start of the competition and between the 1st and 2nd rides). If this rule is not considered, the participant is disqualified!

Groups and refeering
Competition has separate estimation in following groups:
Hobby
For participants born in 1991. and older. Riders without licence issued by UCI. Participation with any kind of bicycle.
Juniors
For participants born in 1992. and younger. Participation with any kind of bicycle.
Pro
Participation with any kind of bicycle.

Girls
This group is made if at least 3 girls apply for the competition beforehand. If less, they participate in Hobby group.

Rewarding
Three best riders of each group are rewarded with prizes from the sponsors and organizators.

Participation fee

If applying beforehand: 200.00 EEK (15 EUR)
If applying on the day of competition: 250 EEK (20 EUR)
When applying beforehand, you shall give your name, surname, identity number, group of competition and number (if given) and name of the team. Number of the licence for the sport class. If no number given for current season, then it will be given at the competition.

Application of the participants
Application of the participants and issuing of the numbers at the competition place between 9.30 and 11.00.
Participants who have applied beforehand have to confirm their appearance untill 11.00.
The number of participant is issued at the registration desk, if no seasonal number.
Participants of the junior class have to present a picture document where their name and date of birth is shown.

Complaints and disqualification
Complaints are accepted by paying in a fee of 500 EEK. In case of a valid complaint the fee is reversed. If the participant does not obey the referees, he is disqualified.
Service charge
There is a possibility for the participants to stay at the competition place for separate fee, more information at http://www.kytiorg.ee/kytiorg/
